Kö-Bogen 2

Around Schadowstraße with the existing Schadow Arkaden and the already completed Kö-Bogen 1, the Kö-Bogen 2, the new center of Düsseldorf, was built as the final and highlight of the redevelopment of the quarter. The building complex consists of a main building, a triangular building with a sunbathing lawn on the roof, a fully glazed pavilion and a 5-story underground parking garage, the shell of which was built by HOCHTIEF using the so-called cover construction method. In addition, we took over the planning coordination for the entire project, including finishing and facade.

  • Approximately 5,000 square meters of office space
  • Eight kilometers of hornbeam hedges for the largest green facade in Europe
