Under the slogan "The new side of Schanzenstrasse", a modern commercial quarter is being created with ID Cologne in Cologne-Mülheim on the site of the former freight station. The overall area consists of various office complexes and offers, in addition to the actual office use, areas for sports, gastronomy as well as underground parking facilities.

The office complex created in the first phase consists of two seven-story office buildings. In addition to the construction work, HOCHTIEF was commissioned with value engineering and execution planning for the structural design.
